Some features of our Service are available only with a paid subscription. By subscribing to our premium services, you agree to pay the subscription fees as they become due.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LinkVerse and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of LinkVerse.

Bible content provided through our Service is subject to the copyright and usage policies of the respective Bible translation owners and licensors.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.
